Southeast Ohio is located within one-day's drive of about 60 percent of the
U.S. population and about 50 percent of Canada's population. Interstate 77
passes through the region. The divided four-lane highways U.S. Route 33, U.S.
Route 50 and State Route 32 also serve the region.
Southeast Ohio is served by Norfolk & Southern as well as CSX.
Additionally, the Indiana & Ohio Central and Ormet Railroad Corporation
shortline railroads serve the region.
